About The Anger and Stress Management CentreShelton Kartun established The Anger & Stress Management Centre as a private Centre in 2004. Shelton has extensive experience internationally working with Anger Management and Stress Management and also co-founded the British Association of Anger and Stress Management while he was residing in London. The head office of The Centre is based in Cape Town with franchised centres in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Kwazulu Natal, Mpumalanga, East London with satellite offices in other parts of the Eastern Cape as well as a Centre in Lusaka, Zambia and the latest addition in The Netherlands.
Shelton is proud to announce "We are one of the only specialist centres of its kind in Africa, specifically supporting and empowering individuals to manage anger, conflict, emotions, behaviour and stress more effectively. We will grow our company and expand to all other Cities and areas internationally that are in much need of our programmes"

The Centres encourage a holistic approach and offer programmes that cover all spectra from individuals and couple programmes, to programmes for families, groups, corporates, teens, children, schools and parents. Children are accommodated from the age of 6.
The programmes are psycho-educational, proven and dynamic. They provide practical techniques and tools to empower the user to move forward. The methodology is at the cutting edge in the fields of Anger Management, Stress Management and Emotional Management. Most Centres have established close working relations and communication between a network of therapists, doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, alternative therapists and so forth, to work in the best interest of the client.
