Remote sessions online

How this works:

As a result of the coronavirus pandemic, we have come to accept online remote support.

You may also be based anywhere in the World or South Africa where you cannot see us in person face to face.

We appreciate that you need our help and support, and we are here for you!

We will conduct all our online sessions using Zoom.

(Alternatively you can choose to use Skype, Messenger or Whatsapp video.)

We are currently running such Zoom sessions. They are successful and popular.

You remain safe in the comfort of your home, whilst benefitting from receiving practical support in helping you to cope and deal better with:

Managing emotions like frustration, anger, anxiety and fear.

Managing stress and panic, lifestyle and sleep.

Managing inter-personal relationships with each other, with family and friends, with colleague, with your kids and with those out in the public domain.

Marriage and relationship counselling.

In the future, you will be able to undertake E-Learning modular Anger Management programmes online where you cannot visit one of our Centres.
