Remote sessions by video
How this works:
With social isolating and lock-down in place as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, we appreciate that you need our help and support.
We will conduct all our sessions online using a video platform called Zoom.
Alternatively you can choose to use Skype, Messenger or Whatsapp video.
We have already run such sessions. They are successful and popular.
You remain safe in the comfort of your home, whilst benefitting from receiving practical support in helping you to cope and deal better with:
Managing emotions like frustration, anger, anxiety and fear.
Managing stress and panic, lifestyle and sleep.
Managing inter-personal relationships with each other, with family and friends, with colleague, with your kids and with those out in the public domain.
In the future, you will be able to undertake an E-Learning modular Anger Management programmes online where you do not live near one of our Centres.
